Parks is proud to highlight a rock star team from our Franklin office, the LCT Team!

The LCT Team is led by Lisa Culp Taylor and is comprised of 14 members – nine real estate agents and five office staff. The agent roster includes Amy Pappas, Ashlee Baker (not pictured), Vickie Freas, Marabeth Poole, Meredith Zeller, Megan Jones Campbell, Margaret Orton, Maile Stover, and Lisa Culp Taylor. The office staff includes Molly Burns, Drew Dudley, Mary Nebel, Katherine Nixon, and Marty McGinley.

Lisa joined Parks in 2003 because she loved the development component of the company. After meeting Bob Parks and the management team, she felt like she had found the perfect brokerage. Since joining, Lisa feels like the benefits of being with Parks have only multiplied in number. She loves the support and encouragement that everyone in the company offers one another.

In 2017, Lisa decided to start her own real estate team after talking with several agents during a Parade of Homes event. She noticed that she and the agents shared similar beliefs, philosophies, and work ethics, as well as the desire to support each other. Having fun together, supporting one another, and helping each other are the most important aspects within their team culture – so joining together felt like the natural progression. Today, the LCT Team’s diverse roster of agents brings varying degrees of specialization that include new construction, luxury homes, listing expertise, and working with buyers.

When asked what the biggest benefits of being part of a real estate team were, Lisa stated, “There are so many benefits to being part of our team – support, the sharing of knowledge, backing each other up, and most importantly, we have so much fun together!”

If Lisa could offer some advice to agents wanting to start their own real estate team, it would be to focus on your team culture. “The culture of your team is so important. As a team leader, you have to have resources and must be available to help your team members in any way,” she said.

In their spare time, the LCT Team enjoys getting together for various events like the Williamson County Fair, the Franklin Rodeo, bowling nights, and much more. Mostly, they have fun anytime they are together as a group, whether it’s just the team or including families.
